Radini Bread Line
Are you interested in increasing your production capacity or expanding your product range? With the Radini bread line you can process various dough types for a wide range of products, cut, moulded, and rounded.
Automated and manual process steps can be combined, while processing between 250 and 1.200 kg dough per hour. By producing without rework dough, you save valuable raw materials, time, and money for an efficient and reliable bread production process.

HOW IT'S MADE
Products can be cut with the use of our traveling guillotine.
Produce a variety of artisan style or traditional breads and buns in different volumes and shapes. With different guillotine cutters, you can create various baguette shapes, such as rounded or diagonal cut points or half-round edges for Turkish loaves.

By incorporating a manual process step, you can simply expand your product range. Create twisted orbraided breads or add decorations.
HOW IT'S MADE
Dough lanes are cut into squares, which are shaped into round dough products using the cuprounder.
Produce exquisite round products from various dough types with different structures. For buns with a soft bite, or a nice crunch. Vary in sizes and enrich products with seeds.
Create buns and loaves with or without inclusions, using interchangeable moulding cups for flexibility. This automated process replicates the traditional manual rounding technique, saving valuable time while maintaining quality.

HOW IT'S MADE
Adding a moulding unit allows for a wide range of products to be made by rolling.
