Race Track

Our race-track design employs a slow-moving belt system across different levels, offering simplicity, low-tech maintenance, and adjustable proofing times.

No Carrier

Meanwhile, the step-style design optimizes vertical space and is cost-effective for wider trays, utilizing a unique pater-noster movement system.

CONVEYING

Bakery products have to be transported around the bakery, this means conveying products from and to and from the oven and rack (un)loader. That’s where Rademaker will be an efficient conveying solutions. Rademaker conveying will be tailored for precision across three types: Carrier Conveying, No Carrier, and Baked/Packaged Product Conveying.

Carrier Conveying

Irrespective of the carrier used pan-straps, baking trays, or peel-boards Rademaker provides specialized conveyors ensuring a smooth journey from dough make-up to the oven, depanner, cleaning, and back. Our range includes various belt types suitable for different production line segments, along with straight sections, curves, and programmable fixed position conveyors. Hygienic design and sensors ensure regulated carrier flow seamlessly.

No Carrier

For dough pieces without carriers, Rademaker offers a modular conveyor system, including straight, up-down, and curved units to maintain the original dough piece shape and position. Our conveyors emphasize hygiene with easy-to-clean components and feature positive driven belts for precise movement without slipping or tension risks

BAKED/PACKAGED PRODUCT CONVEYING

Rademaker provides precise conveyance of final baked or packaged products. After depanning, our conveyors transport goods to cooling and packaging areas. Featuring bar-belts or modular plastic belts, our conveyors manage seamless product streams with switches, 90° transfer units, and curves. Options include fixed or mobile units made of robust aluminum profiles, equipped with standalone or complete line control.

Depanning

There are three advanced depanning methods: Needle, Vacuum, and Scrabble depanning.

The choice of depanning method depends on the specifications of the bakery.

Needle Depanning

Rademaker introduces needle depanners for various products like toast, rolls, and baguettes. Our pick & place needle depanners feature simple and reliable designs, offering benefits like:

SCRABBLE DEPANNING

Designed for delicate and soft products, scrabble depanning gently transfers items like soft rolls and dough pieces without compromising their integrity. Rademaker scrabble depanners with features such as:

  • Noiseless and damage-free depanning with minimal handling.

Tray Loading

Rademaker Handling offers solutions for loading and unloading racks, representing the highest level of modular automation for bakeries. Our range includes versatile units tailored for single or multiple functions within one system.

SINGLE FUNCTION

Our loading and unloading units, designed for single functions, achieve a rate of 600-700 baking trays, proofing boards, or baking molds per hour, maximizing productivity without compromising quality. Our complete units include infeed and outfeed conveyors, positioning systems for carriers, and transfer systems. They have a compact size of approximately 2,500 x 1,000 mm and are strategically adaptable to your bakery layout.

Combining our single loading/unloading units with other machines is seamless, such as effortlessly unloading carriers onto conveyors for depanning, which is a standard configuration for Rademaker.

MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS

For higher capacity requirements, our rack loaders/unloaders seamlessly integrate various functions. Discover a multitude of possibilities, including unloading racks with integrated depanning and bread transport, loading and unloading the same baking mold within a rack, or incorporating cutting or decoration processes. Expect capacities ranging from approximately 100 to 350 carriers per hour, providing versatile and efficient solutions for diverse bakery needs.

Oven Loading & Onloading

Our solution will be based on you demands even and consistent loading onto the tunnel oven belt.

Rademaker is precise in movement, synchronizing each row of baking trays or pan-straps, resulting in a fully loaded belt for a consistent performance.
