We have transformed the traditions of the past into a state-of-the-art flatbread line. The development of flatbread lines is one of Rademaker’s core competencies. Our flatbread lines ensure a uniform and stress-free dough sheet, thanks to Rademaker’s laminating technology, which can handle a wide range of recipes to produce healthy bread products in various shapes and sizes.

Modern processing
FLEXIBILITY AND EFFICIENCY COMBINED
The flatbread production line generates a consistent and stress-free dough sheet using Rademaker’s rolling technology. Thanks to our dough-friendly processing steps, a dough thickness as thin as 0.6 mm can be achieved. The line is designed to meet your specifications and can process a wide range of dough types, from green to highly hydrated. The line can be equipped with various tools to create different product shapes and sizes, enabling your unique product to be realized. This available flexibility means that we can make and create every style of authentic and unique flatbread exactly according to your requirements.
Production capacity can reach up to 12,000 kg of dough per hour, consistently produced hour after hour, day after day, year after year.
The overall design of the flatbread line is built for high production efficiency. This is enabled by quick and easily removable tools, reduced replaceable parts, interchangeable scrapers and rollers, and various options to minimize required cleaning efforts.
