We offer high-quality decorating options like filling depositors, strewers and applicators to give every product a flawless finish.

The modular system allows easy product range expansion with additional shaping tools and upgrades. After shaping, products can be automatically transported to a proofer, freezer, or baking tray for the next production step.

    Unique Fit Tooling represents lightweight and user-friendly tooling that is fully optimized for ergonomic operation. All tools in the machine are designed to minimize weight, enabling almost every product change-over to be carried out by a single operator: quickly, safely, and without physical strain. Thanks to the modular design and the patented “unique-fit” approach, each tool always fits in the correct position. 

    The result: extremely fast change-overs with excellent reproducibility. Product tooling can be installed precisely in the right location without the need for additional tools.

    Intuitive HMI for Quick Tooling Setup

    The HMI is the central control point of Unique Fit Tooling. Through this intuitive interface, the operator has direct access to all tools, settings, and product information for a quick and seamless change-over.

    Several reduction steps are applied to achieve a consistent dough sheet with the exact number of layers your product requires. Thickness is reduced step by step in a gentle manner to preserve the layers and maintain optimal dough quality.
