Radini Bread Line

Are you interested in increasing your production capacity or expanding your product range? With the Radini bread line you can process various dough types for a wide range of products, cut, moulded, and rounded. 

Automated and manual process steps can be combined, while processing between 250 and 1.200 kg dough per hour. By producing without rework dough, you save valuable raw materials, time, and money for an efficient and reliable bread production process.

HOW IT'S MADE

Products can be cut with the use of our traveling guillotine.

Produce a variety of artisan style or traditional breads and buns in different volumes and shapes. With different guillotine cutters, you can create various baguette shapes, such as rounded or diagonal cut points or half-round edges for Turkish loaves.

HOW IT'S MADE

Dough lanes are cut into squares, which are shaped into round dough products using the cuprounder.

Produce exquisite round products from various dough types with different structures. For buns with a soft bite, or a nice crunch. Vary in sizes and enrich products with seeds.

Create buns and loaves with or without inclusions, using interchangeable moulding cups for flexibility. This automated process replicates the traditional manual rounding technique, saving valuable time while maintaining quality.

Stamps

With a decoration stamp mounted in the guillotine, various shapes for decoration can be added.

Adding stamps to buns is an easy way to expand your product range with specialty items. Stamping enhances the visual appeal of your products. Whether you are using seasonal motifs, festive designs, holiday themes such as Easter, or unique patterns.

Our strewers ensure that your additions are applied consistently.

The strewing units are adjustable to accommodate different decoration materials

DPS - Dynamic Pre sheeter

The start of the process:

The dough batch is processed into a continuous dough sheet while retaining its structure.

Reduction Stations

A variety of sheeting components reduces the dough sheet to the desired thickness. 

Rework Dough

Once the dough is sheeted to its final thickness, it is ready to be formed into the desired product.

For a uniform, sharp or sealed cutting edge, minimal side trim is needed. Any leftover dough, including pieces between cut-outs when producing products like omega baguettes, is automatically collected by the rework conveyor and can be reused in the next batch.

Spreading Conveyor & Guillotine

The dough sheet is first cut and separated into individual lanes. These lanes are then spread and guided towards the guillotine section. In this stage, the guillotine unit cuts each lane to the specified length or into the required shape, depending on the product configuration

Moulding Unit

The moulding system rolls the dough pieces with precision. It allows quick and easy adjustments for different products, ensuring smooth changeovers, giving you the flexibility to adapt your product range to customer demand 

Tray Loader

For a seamless transition from the production line to the proofing area, you can add a tray loader at the end of your Radini. This system automatically deposits dough products onto indented or convoluted trays, peelboards, pans and more, ensuring a smooth and continuous workflow

The Radini Bread Line offers units that can be combined in various ways to create a production line that seamlessly aligns with your specifik production needs.

Beyond providing flexibility in terms of product range, the modular design is built to adapt to your evolving needs. You can modify the configuration and capabilities of your production line as your business grows.

Plug & Play Units

All units following the guillotine are plug-and-play, meaninig the can easily be added, as well as disconnected. Additionally, the units are mobile, and the modular software ensures seamless recognition and integration into the system.

One example of a plug-and-play unit is the Cup-rounder, which shapes dough pieces into perfectly round bread products.
