Our equipment features a highly hygienic design, allowing for quick and easy changeovers and cleaning.

Suitable for pizzas in various shapes and sizes, with pre-proofing or in-line proofing options, as well as alternative products and variants like pizza baguettes, pizza sticks, and more. The working width of the pizza production line ranges from 600 mm to 1,600 mm, and the dough capacity can reach up to 14,000 kg/hour.

PIZZA BASE PRODUCTION

Rademaker’s Pizza Base line is dedicated for the production of exactly those types of pizzas you want to produce. In developing a solution, Rademaker will therefore keep your specifications and requirements in mind. If you produce sheeted pizzas, we will incorporate either one of our extruders or a low stress pre-sheeting system; if you prefer pressed pizzas, the line will include a blocking dough forming system. Either way, pizzas in any shape or form can be generated. Rademaker’s Pizza Base line has a working width that varies from 600 to 1,600 mm, with capacities that depend on the product and the thickness of the dough. The line is designed such that all parts are easily accessible for cleaning purposes and only a minimum of maintenance is required.

Pizza proofing

Rademaker is able to produce and place a proofer into the Pizza Base line. It can be placed inline to proof continuous dough sheets prior to the product stamping and/or cutting, it can also proof individual dough products. Together with you we can determine what solution best suits you and your products

Pizza sauce spreader

Introducing our Rotating Spreading Unit for crafting perfect Italian-style pizzas with hearty, chunky sauces. This innovative tomato dosing system seamlessly blends precise volumetric dosing with a spreading unit that mimics the traditional, hand-spread technique using a spoon.

PIZZA TOPPING LINE

The Rademaker Pizza Topping solutions are automated systems that create topped pizza with tomato sauce (or other sauce), vegetables, grated cheese, ham and/or pepperoni cubes, etc. in any configuration that is required. All type of toppings and Individual Quick Freeing (IQF) materials can be processed. The system is based on a modular design that ensures flexibility and fast product change-overs. The Topping system feature a variety of depositors and applicators. The modular design of the line ensures flexibility and fast product changeovers. With respect to cleaning, maintenance and operation, the Rademaker Pizza Topping system is designed to meet the latest technical, hygienic and technological standards

Product size flexibility is offered with this system, as several pizza shapes and sizes can be topped on the same system without change-over parts. This system offers the highest output and reliable strewing accuracy through an innovative algorithm. A recirculation system is integrated to recirculate the topping material.

Target topping

Product size flexibility is offered with this system, as several pizza shapes and sizes can be topped on the same system without change-over parts. This system offers the highest output and reliable strewing accuracy through an innovative algorithm. A recirculation system is integrated to recirculate the topping material.

Pizza dough wrapper

Either for unlaminated or laminated dough we always produce a continuous dough sheet. After reaching the required dough thickness the dough sheet is cut in the desired product shape; round, square or rectangular. The rework dough in between the dough pieces is separated from the product flow. A continuous interleave sheet is processed on a conveyor belt, after which the dough pieces are processed on the interleave sheet. After cutting the interleave sheet to the required length, it’s rolled up with the dough pieces.

Another key process element for efficient processing is supplying and changing the interleave sheet rolls. Based on customer requirements we have developed several solutions to change these rolls.

Patentend dough interleave wrapping system

For the rolling process of the dough-interleave sheet Rademaker has developed a patented wrapping system. This unit transfers the dough-interleave package into a rolled package. The packages are rolled individually but, depending on the product size, multiple product lanes across can be rolled up at once.
