& Technical Knowledge
Bakery technology and technical knowledge are crucial factors needed for the installation of a production line and the startup of the production process. Issues arise when detailed knowledge of the operation of the production line, maintenance, and dough processing is lacking. This can lead to problems that affect overall production costs and product quality. At the same time, the bakery industry is evolving.
Traditional methods are rapidly being replaced by advanced sheeting technology. This shift makes it essential for all stakeholders to gain deeper knowledge of sheeting processes and modern dough handling. To meet this growing demand for expertise, we founded the Rademaker Academy: a dedicated center to transfer knowledge, build skills, and support our partners in achieving efficient and high-quality production.

Our training programs are offered at our Rademaker Academy & the Rademaker Technology Centre (RTC) in Culemborg (The Netherlands).

Operator training
The Operator Training provides all the basic knowledge needed to operate the Rademaker production line. The program combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, aimed at developing skilled operators and supervisors.
