This theoretical training focuses on the cascade system and reduction steps on the bread line. This training answers the following questions

Why is the cascade system so important and what does it do? What are correct reduction steps and how do I calculate them? How do I configure the bread line to get the right product pitch and dough width?

TRAINERS
The trainer delivering the training is always an experienced Rademaker Academy Trainer.

The training can be given in Dutch, English or German, for other languages a translator is needed.
